Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
